For designers, architects and builders, looking to share costs

Half day, two parties: $2700
Full day, two parties: $4200

Retouching

Initial and 1st round of retouching includes exposure adjustment, color correction, perspective correction, window blending, minor object removal such as dust, outlets, or imperfections

2nd round of client requested retouching or complex retouching requests: Including removal of large objects, or altering the architecture or interior design of a space including adding artwork, removing large vents or pipes, fixing punch list items, adding flames to fireplace, etc. All retouching in this category is billed at $150/hour

Licensing

Photoshoot cost includes licensing for one business unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time (see “group rates” above). Sharing, gifting or reselling images to 3rd parties is prohibited. If additional parties would like to license images after the photoshoot, they must contact photographer directly, rates are as follows:

Half day license, all images: $1100
Full day license, all images: $1800
One image: $350 per image
2-5 images: $250 per image
6-10 images: $200 per image
11+ images: $175 per image

Editorial

Editorial rights are not included. Online and print publication rates are handled directly with the photographer.

*Client has the option to add editorial usage rights to their shoot for 20% of the shoot cost at the time of the photoshoot.

Additional Time on Photoshoot

If half day shoot exceeds 3.5 hours, or full day shoot exceeds 7 hours, additional shoot time is billed at $275 per hour
